Independence Day is now over. It is technically July 5th. 12:45 a.m.. The 4th of July was not nearly as exciting as I thought it would be. Not many fireworks. People were staying at home, and just setting off fireworks in their backyard. People were still wearing their masks because of the virus pandemic. It seems everyone was just behaving themselves, and being careful not to be around too many other people during this festive time of year.
Glad to see it, actually. Despite the lack of celebration among the masses, there were still people celebrating in small groups in backyards. And that's the way it should be, during this pandemic. Safety first. That's what matters the most above and beyond all celebrations. And I support that 100%. Well, It's past my bedtime, and I'm going to bed now.
